In 2018, I founded a culinary-educational company, Chez Balzac – Bratislava. Let the numbers speak for themselves! In 7 years, we have worked with 52 schools, educating 5,400 children from ages 5 to 11, and youth from ages 12 to 17.

Our famous etiquette programs have gained tremendous significance.

From the perspective of an educator on both domestic and international stages, I shape my students and the children of our clients. Often, I guide them for one, two, or even three years, preparing them for the big life. Geneva, New York, Paris, Berlin… medicine, law, art, fashion, sports, luxury industry, psychology, international relations. Different cities, different fields, the best in the world… 13 students from various corners of Slovakia and the Czech Republic in recent years have achieved outstanding successes.
